Tai Chi—Qi-Gong
Tai Chi is known as an internal martial art and is often called “moving meditation”.
The health benefits include greater flexibility, increased energy, improved posture and reduced stress.
Tai Chi usually begins with the practice of specific Qi-Gong exercises which are designed to coordinate the breath with movement and open the body’s energy centers and channels.
The slow rhythmic movements will build stamina and improve balance with daily practice.
