Joan “Taj” Leppla, M.Ed. is an educator, facilitator, health counselor, and healing arts practitioner. She works with others in co-creating a spirit-filled existence where all life is respected and recognized as Divine purpose. A lifelong lover of nature, health enthusiast, and perpetual spiritual seeker Taj recognizes that behind nature is a living reality that is waiting to be engaged by us humans. Her conviction, that most if not all of our problems stem from the fact that we have become severely disconnected from nature, both within and without, has resulted in the creation of Where Earth Meets Spirit Healing Arts whose purpose is to help others reconnect with nature and heal the disconnection that separates us from the living reality of the Web of Life for the benefit of all inhabitants of the planet. Taj’s style of working is practical, bringing awareness, healing, and integration to all levels of being. She helps others recognize the interplay of the material and spiritual worlds, reconcile the personal and collective, and unite the immanent and transcendent dimensions of reality.

Thermography This Tuesday, February 27th!

Posted by Cindy on December 7th, 2011

You are invited to schedule an appointment for a breast, half body or full body Thermal Image Screening at the Creative Healing Center.

Breast screening, as a safe, more accurate procedure than mammogram for early detection of cancer – 30 minutes for $150

Half body screening, for early detection of inflammation, organ function abnormalities and cancer – 40 minutes for $225

Full body screening, for early detection of inflammation, organ function abnormalities and cancer – 60 minutes for $325

But what is thermography?

Thermography is a painless, non invasive, state of the art clinical test without any exposure to radiation and is used as part of an early detection program which gives women of all ages the opportunity to increase their chances of detecting breast disease at an early stage.

The procedure is FDA approved, non invasive, emits no radiation, no contact with the body, and it is completely painless.

It takes years for a tumor to grow, thus the earliest possible indication of an abnormality is needed to allow for the earliest possible treatment and intervention.

All tests are done by certified clinical thermographers using Meditherm cameras.

Your first two scans, performed three months apart, will determine your base line or “thermal thumbprint”.

If there are no abnormalities detected, then like a pap test, you will have annual scans.

Unlike pap tests however, which detect cellular changes or abnormalities, thermograms detect vascular changes in the breasts.

This gives optimum outcome for early detection, prevention and treatment.

Please call (440) 543-1757 to reserve your appointment.  Appointment times are allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Healing Patterns of the Womb and Birth w/Rose Marie Fantelli,MA

Posted by Cindy on December 6th, 2011

The latest research in prenatal and postnatal Creative Healing Centerpsychology shows that the womb and the birth experience of the baby leaves lasting imprints and patterns of consciousness in the baby’s energy field and neural networks that effect behavior throughout the total life experience. From a practical standpoint, here are some imprintable experiences:

-Emotional trauma and state of the mom and/or dad
-How much the baby is wanted
-Medication and toxins
-Physical problems during pregnancy
-Mental state of the mom, particularly regarding the baby
-Experiences during delivery—emergencies,medications, tubes
You will get a lot of practical information to help you understand the science that supports the idea that every fetus (including you) imprints all the information of its gestation, birth and early childhood through vibrational encoding that supplies information that effects behavior through a lifetime.
Quantum physics and Energy psychology techniques such as the Tapas Acupressure Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique and techniques based on Body-Mind-Brain research and HeartMath principles suggest that we can go back in time and heal patterns. You be introduced experientially to these techniques and their extraordinary healing effects. You will also be guided through an experience of your own birth or that of your child. We will have a chance to discuss some of those experiences.

When: Mondays, February 13th and 20th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Cost: $69.00 Prepayment is required!
