There is much more to meditation than just sitting and trying to silence the mind.

Meditation and the study of energy can be the portal to experiencing the multi-dimensional universe around you.

This meditation group will be a resource for people to not only learn how to meditate, but also learn a meditation technique that can help you discover inner peace, develop your intuition and expand your perception.

We will explore how you can use meditation to help you achieve success with all of the spiritual practices you might be following.

During each session we will discuss the elements of the practice, experience a 30+ minute guided meditation and share experiences.

We will also focus on inspiring and helping each other to make meditation a regular part our lives.
Cost: $5

David J. Fiala, MSSA, LISW-S, will facilitate a free one hour “open-eyed healing” meditation group.
There will be a 10-15 minute introduction to explain the process.
The remaining time will be predominantly silent.

Instructions will focus on the following:
•    Becoming aware of the Silence within.
•    Becoming aware of the Power of this Silence flowing through your whole being.
•    Becoming aware of this Power of this Silence flowing through your whole being to facilitate healing.
•    Followed by eye contact (optional) from a distance with the facilitator.

Individuals will be given additional instructions on how to enhance the above experience. Anyone may close their eyes at any time if they wish to do so.

The entire group meditation session will last one hour in length. After the completion of the group, anyone may stay afterward to share their experience or ask additional questions.

Please bring a raw plant based organic (if possible) dish to share.

We are beginning a monthly get-together to discuss and encourage an alkaline approach to healthy habits.  We will be meeting the third
Friday evening of every month.

Dr. Robert O. Young says that when we are ill it is due to an over-acidification of the body from an inverted way of eating, living or thinking.

The purpose of this meeting is to share information about the areas of our life that we can improve on that will help us to uncover optimal information for our foods, the products we use and the thoughts that we have.

Please join us as we begin this exchange!  We will also be deciding what date and time will work for future meetings.

Thermography is breast health.

But what is thermography?

Thermography is a painless, non invasive, state of the art clinical test without any exposure to radiation and is used as part of an early detection program which gives women of all ages the opportunity to increase their chances of detecting breast disease at an early stage.

The procedure is FDA approved, non invasive, emits no radiation, no contact with the body, and it is completely  painless.

It takes years for a tumor to grow, thus the earliest possible indication of an abnormality is needed to allow for the earliest possible treatment and intervention.

All tests are done by certified clinical thermographers using Meditherm cameras. 

Your first two scans, performed three months apart, will determine your base line or “thermal thumbprint”. 

If there are no abnormalities detected, then like a pap test, you will have annual scans. 

Unlike pap tests however, which detect cellular changes or abnormalities, thermograms detect vascular changes in the breasts. 

This gives optimum outcome for early detection, prevention and treatment.
