Meditation and the study of energy can be the portal to experiencing the multi-dimensional universe around you.
This meditation group will be a resource for people to not only learn how to meditate, but also learn a meditation technique that can help you discover inner peace, develop your intuition and expand your perception.
We will explore how you can use meditation to help you achieve success with all of the spiritual practices you might be following.
During each session we will discuss the elements of the practice, experience a 30+ minute guided meditation and share experiences.
We will also focus on inspiring and helping each other to make meditation a regular part our lives.
