Props are used to comfortably hold poses for extended periods of time to allow your body to rest, digest and renew. Please bring a large bolster, a small bolster, 2 blocks and a blanket. If you don’t have these items, call me and we will see if we have any extra props for you to borrow for the class.
Aromatherapy and guided meditation may also be woven into class themes.
Great for all levels, those with a lot of stress, or anyone looking to just surrender.
